Conrad Bangkok

My family and I had the most amazing time during our stay at Conrad. The staff was so welcoming, professional and accommodating. They really made us feel special and taken care of during our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and extremely comfortable (especially the pillows 😍). I thought the location was very convenient as well in terms of visiting popular places in Bangkok. The area around the hotel is very walkable and close to the BTS station/restaurants/cafes. It’s also very easy to call a grabs/taxi from that area. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family! Thank you for making our trip so wonderful!

We enjoyed a night staying here. The location is great for good restaurants and cafes at a walking distance. Also only a 5 minutes walk to Lumpini park for a morning jog or just take a skywalk that leads directly to Benchakitti Forrest Park, a newly renovated park in Bangkok which is huge and a must visit for those who love to take a nice walk in the artificial forest atmosphere. The connecting room we stayed was nice with big bathrooms. The bed was very comfy with great selection of pillows. However, I think the room was quite old that need to be renovated or a minor retouched would be great and worth what we've paid for. Carpet has some stains, the upholstered chairs' sinuous springs are already broken with mushy seats. Room was so dusty that my kids had snuffy nose the whole time. Fitness opens 24H *thumbs up* with wide range of equipments needed plus a fitness class in a separated room. Overall, a great hotel in a peaceful area with walking distance to many attractions and shooping sprees.

I recently stayed at the Conrad Hotel Bangkok and overall, my experience was average. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the US Embassy and the Phloen Chit BTS station. However, the hotel seemed to have a heavy population of American diplomats and business people, as well as a lot of children, which wasn't necessarily a negative, but just something to be aware of. The service at the hotel was so-so - not particularly bad, but not outstanding either. I didn't have any major issues, but there were a few small hiccups that detracted from the overall experience. One thing to keep in mind is to get a newly-renovated room on the upper floors. The older rooms on the lower floors seemed to have a lot of maintenance issues.
