We arrived straight from the airport at 2pm and were disappointed that our room was not available, a little inconvenient given 2 tired kids at hand. Understandably, official check-in time is at 4pm but most other hotels would be able to accomodate given there are rooms that get cleaned first. Anyways, I also chose this hotel because its relatively new and its design looked very stylish on the website. But I was very disappointed. Our room already looked worn with severe stains on the beige carpet and mildew stains around shower doors, etc, and the towels were already "off white" and rough. I was told they get a lot of tour groups which perhaps explains then speedy wear and tear.

We booked the hotel because of website recommendation - it says it is one of the best for family trip. It is why we stayed there, even though knowing the hotel location is a bit far from main shopping area. However we do not really see how "family friendly" the hotel is. They cannot even offer very basic accessories like kids slippers, etc. It is disappointing - we can easily find similar hotels with better location and better prices

the deluxe family room has no carpet and the design is odd, very dark and not really a family style room ,the worst is the noise of water shower from upper floor are so noisy. this cannot be improved for sure unless you live on the top floor and no one else on top of you.
