Very accessable, several shopping malls around, but facility is old and lack of quality. our room is not soundproof at all. My family was waken up by noise from next door people at midnight. just a fast hotel

A well situated location with train and public bus stops nearby. Besides the normal 7-11 and familymart, there is a Carrefour supermarket nearby.

The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. We booked the room expecting two double beds as per the booking description but was told at check in that it was 2 single beds. We needed window room but they could not offer us one and didn’t tell us when they gave us a family room. When we asked for help with the current situation, they said they couldn’t do anything and if we wanted to refund the room, they will gladly do so. We travelled from Vancouver to Taiwan and this was the kind of service a hotel would offer??? We highly recommend to not book this hotel

The location can’t be beat as it is literally steps away from the Taipei MRT station. It’s also just a few blocks away from my childhood home so I feel like coming back to my neighborhood. The hotel offers great value and the room I had was spacious, which is a real treat in city central.
