Location, location, location! Having the hotel be so close to Taipei Main Station, with easy access to several rail lines, was super useful. Being close to Q Square mall also meant easy access to a ton of restaurant and food options. This was a great hotel for my wife and two kids, while we met with relatives all around Taipei.

Love this property. Very convenient as it is near the taipei station. Family room was a comfortable (not luxurious) size for us and our teenage kids.

I stayed for 6 nights with my family. We all love the hotel. The service was good and the staffs were nice. The only thing is the lighting inside the room is a bit weird. We could not find a good lighting for make up even the dressing table. The light on the mirror is too shiny and the reflection made us couldn’t see properly. Our make up finishing were not too good. Besides this everything is fine especially the location. It is super convenient.

While I stay the hotel, I had some trouble with my family. My sister who stayed together got sick, and she needed rest before check in. When I told it to the hotel staff, she asked cleaners to make our room first. Then we could use the room earlier. I really appreciate their hospitality. thenk you very much.

All the staff whom we interacted with at Palais de Chine are professional and friendly: from guiding us on directions to the various tourists spots to our personal needs on room arrangements, they were all attended to. Our special thanks to the manager Webber who went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable as some of my family members arrive at Taipei at different timings. On top of the superb customer service, the hotel is located in a very good location, connected to a shopping mall with good food; and via the shopping mall, it's connected to the mrt shopping alley with lots of good deals. For commuting, it is also connected to the high speed rail (HSR), the mrt and the TRA.

Visited Taipei w family. We all stayed here. Everyone is very professional, friendly and helpful. No issues w speaking English which was great! The rooms were nice and spacious enough. The hotel is also extremely convenient to the train, buses and subways. Also close to shops and food. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling for personal or business.

The location is very convenient and it is right next to the shopping mall and theMRT, railroad station and High Speed Rail station. The hotel upgraded us to Executive floor which allows us to access the Executive Lounge all day. The lounge provides light breakfast, snacks and drinks and the atmosphere of the lounge is super. We enjoyed very much sitting there reading. We had a wonderful experience staying there! We will stay there again when we visit Taipei again and already recommended to our friends and families.
