Our family stayed City Inn Hotel Branch 3 for 3 nights and were impressed by the service they provided. The staffs were super friendly and knew all the tricks to get around in its surroundings. Even at 3:00am, they would stand up to greet me with a smile. The laundry room was super helpful in the hot summer, we did the laundry every night during our stay. Another hidden gem of this hotel is the weighing scale in the lobby.

I don't write reviews often. Stayed with our family. The staff (all of them but we got to know Sam and Julia) were outstanding. Assisted with everything, incredibly attentive and super kind. The hotel itself is well situated. Nice room selection (the double rooms are smaller with no window but well designed, larger rooms with windows were not available but we saw while cleaning and they looked great. Highly recommend
