Extremely noisy as lots of children talking loudly and playing. Counter services also need to improve most of the time I only see one single staff attending to customers. Also information were lacking as to how to move around vicinities of hotel. A map and other relevant information should be provided at the counter.

The main draw for us choosing this hotel was the ability to do our laundry on-site since our trip was rather long. Laundry machines are free to use, dryers are limited to undergarments and socks, and you must bring your own detergent or buy some in the laundry room. The rooms have doorbells and thin walls, so sometimes you'll hear the doorbell of another room ring. Sometimes, your neighbors will play ding dong ditch, and you'll hear all the doorbells go off. You'll also hear the kids in the neighboring room crying. Thankfully, they didn't cry into the night during our overlapping stays. Since we weren't in the rooms a lot, the stay was average and served as a good place to come back to sleep. I would recommend skipping the microwave provided on the 5th floor and going downstairs to use the ones in the Family Mart next door. AC was strong, and room cleaning was inconsistent from person to person, but we got fresh towels, trash emptied, and restocked water bottles.

Great service. Loved the room with 4 beds made it convient with traveling with kids.

Link underpass to Taipei main station, Hotel front desk need to take lift to 5F. Surrounding got a lot local eatery and a big shopping mall Shin Kong Mitsukoshi and convenient store family Mart just beside the hotel. Only downside was twin room only provide 1 room key card.

Conveniently located in a commercial building. Family room wasn't as expected due to space constraint and there are no windows. Otherwise its great for a family budget experience.

We stayed 4nights with my 2 kids. The room was good and clean but no window. House keeping guy was nice, changed his cleaning schedule because my kids took a nap. Wifi in the room didn’t connect and I called the reception desk again and again. The staff was kind but took much time to finally connect

The drainage system in the shower area is not good - flood during shower. Fridge can only keep items cold (but not cold enough for items that require low temperature) and there’s is no freezer compartment. I am a breastfeeding mom (who express my breast milk) and the fridge temperature is not cold enough to keep breast milk at the ideal temperature. Hotel does not have the service to keep cold and frozen items as well. Take note of that for families with breastfeeding babies.

Pros -. Easy access from taipei main station. It is just next to the mitsuboshi department store. -.Wider room size than our expectation. We just can open a 27” luggage bag. -. Clear than our expectation. -. Convenient store on the first floor. -. Late check & 12 check out was good. Because of the plane arrival time, we arrived at 3AM. But they were kind. -. Very cool air conditioner. Cons -. Can hear who tells outside. -. if i have a child, it can be small.
