Hotel Beau Séjour Lucerne

We had a gorgeous lake view. The property is close to the bus stop. It is 3-4 stops or a 19-12 min walk from schwanenplatz where there are lots of dining options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is old and well maintained but there was distinct smell in the hallway, rooms and especially in the closets that bothered us and our children.

Wonderful and charming boutique hotel with a caring front desk staff. We stayed in the junior suite and enjoyed the lake views and small balcony where we were able to keep the doors open. The property is away from the busy old town core—yet close enough to walk in for dinner. If coming in from the train station highly recommend jumping on the bus—easy and convenient. The charm of this property is deep—a wonderful stay. The front desk team made a few restaurant recommendations which were fantastic as well. Thanks for an outstanding stay!!!

Beautiful location opposite the lake, with great vantage point from common areas. We stayed in a large 2 bedroom family room, however it backed onto the backyard, so unfortunately no view. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Only minor suggestion would be to have a small bar fridge in the room. Enjoyed the stay

We loved our stay here! The staff was so courteous and friendly. They had our room ready early and provided us with helpful information for around town. There is a cute bar/ lobby and ice cream available for purchase which was a hit with our 4 year old. The 3 bedroom suite was great for a family of four (me, my husband, my 4 heat old and 7 month old). Despite it being a hotel we didn’t feel cramped at all. The art around the hotel was unique and we even purchased a piece as a souvenir (added bonus)! I would definitely recommend staying here !

Elegant yet homey lakeside hotel. This hotel is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance or a quick bus ride to old town Lucerne. Our room had fantastic views of Lake Lucerne, and the two-room suite provided ample space for our family.

Beau Sejour was such a gem! If I could keep this place a secret I would, but the place and staff deserves an excellent review. First off, it’s close to Luzerne main station. The view from the hotel and our room is THE BEST! We get to wake up with the view of the lake and mountain outside our terrace. There’s a park where you could sit by the lake and a playground for kids to play just opposite the street. The room is clean and sufficiently equipped. The Swiss breakfast serves high quality food and drinks. I’m craving it as I write this review. And the staff, specially Sibylle, are so warm, helpful and friendly. We will definitely return and stay here again in a heartbeat!

I can’t recommend this property enough!!! The best hospitality I’ve had at any hotel - the people there are so helpful and friendly. Beautiful areas to sit and have an afternoon coffee or late night drink. Fabulous includes breakfast. Decorated with art. Great charm combined with updated amenities. Stayed in family room with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, absolutely fabulous!

Great location. Lake across the road and Bus stop near by to take you centre. Staff was also great. Only thing to note is family room only has an AC in the living room. The two rooms do not have their own AC.

Excellent boutique hotel just outside of the most central touristy parts of Lucerne. They recently opened and we are really glad we choose to stay here. Loved the location, across from the picturesque lake and the convenient bus line right outside the hotel making it easy to get anywhere within minutes. Huge plus for families is the playground directly across the street! Overall, loved our stay. Clean, comfortable and well located!
