We had a great stay! We got a family suite and had plenty of room. Very cool decor and kind staff. Breakfast was delicious and fresh! Would highly recommend and stay again.

Everything was great except the property wasn't too family friendly for strollers. There was a super steep ram which we can't push the stroller up and was inconvenient

Very poor service from the front desk. Never got greeted when we came in and waited 30 minutes and we have two young kids. Also the front desk staff doesn’t understand hospitality on how to apologies and make things right when things have gone wrong. The room itself is newly renovated and done well but the service is very poor. Wouldn’t recommend bc of this.

Great hotel that is centrally located. We had the family rooms which is perfect if you are traveling with kids. The staff were very helpful and let us check in much earlier.
