We had a 2bedroom, 2 bath family room that was only 3 min from the train station so was very convenient. Close to many restaurants and main tourist areas within Geneva. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and AC worked well. We only stayed 1 night but enjoyed our time there.

Great hotel for our family of 5, they have connecting rooms. Less than a 5 min walk from train station, easy friendly check-in. Spacious rooms, walkable to the rest of Geneva, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy to hop a train in the morning to the airport.

It seems the rooms are quite soundproof, so having a (at times noisy) kid wasn’t an issue.

AC in one of the family rooms not working; horrible view; non-smoking family rooms but smoke smell everywhere; hallways loud at 1am with children screaming and doors slamming; breakfast not good. This hotel was described as “upscale”, I wouldn’t describe it as such. Service was however, quite pleasant, as they tried to remedy by moving us to another room.
