Hotel d'Angleterre Geneva

Absolutely loved this beautiful high-end boutique hotel. Customer service could not have been better. Booked junior suite is extremely luxurious with all the amenities one with expect high end hotel. View over the lake. Very centrally located in a safe area.

The staff were ALL super friendly and professional. Very helpful with all questions regarding the area, Switzerland, and local customs. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of. We are a group of 4, 2 parents and 2 adult children, and arrived in three different times over 24 hours. They facilitated the check in, let us check in early, and remembered our names and that we were all together. They were flexible in our use of the "public" rooms, and even the restaurant for work or meetings not during meal times. The food was fabulous, and they were flexible and happy to make adjustments to the menu as we asked. Virtually every request was answered with "of course, and can I do anything else for you". Truly a comfortable and luxerous experience. One that we hope to repeat soon.
