There for family trip and it was a beautiful town, location of hotel was great. !! Walk to everything. Breakfast was excellent. The soace was used well and decorated lovely. Enjoyed our stay very much..

The family room (fortress) had ample space. However the room did not have basic amenities that most good hotels provide. It looks like an old room waiting to be renovated. The bed is not double bed. 2 beds joined together and not very comfortable. Bathroom exhaust doesnt work. Breakfast was good. In summary, for the price we expected better amenities in the room.

We loved the family room with the bunk beds. They were fun and gave each kid space. The breakfast was lovely with lots of variety and well designed space.

Staff is wonderful and caring. Booked the family room just to have extra space for two adults. No extra space really, just bunk beds on the side of a king bed. Room was so uncomfortable. No adult seat? Just beanbag and wood bench. No refrigerator or ice. Tub was dangerously high getting in and out. No stand up shower. Worst part, incredibly loud doors slamming. You will hear everything. Good things: Parking at hotel was great. Great food nearby, shopping and walking good. Great breakfast. And again, staff was so great!!

The best hotel you can stay in Interlaken. The room is very chic. My wife and kids love it. Breakfast was perfect! I feel like i was in a 5 star hotel in Europe!

Beautiful hotel. Our family room is big and very clean with view of the mountains. Everyday the cleaners will come, tidy the bed and top up the complimentaries and give fresh towels. The location is good with restaurants and shops nearby. The train station, which has large grocery nearby is just 10-15 mins walk. We enjoyed our stay.

My family and I stayed here in October 2022. Our experience could not have been any better. This modern hotel grabs you with a charm and romance. The location is perfect, as it is right in the heart of Interlaken and views of the surrounding beauty. The people of the Hey Hotel were incredibly kind and helpful. I hope to return to Interlaken soon, and will look to stay here as my first option.

My family of 4 stayed for 8 nights. Clean, modern room and a short walk from Interlaken West train station. Breakfast was excellent. Staff offered great tips for getting around and amenities like laundry nearby. While room was tidied a bit every day it could have been vacuumed every day. Overall a great experience and will recommend for families.

They said you don't have breakfast including, A/C not working , dirty beds. Separate my booking 2 rooms and 1 room alone because the family different. They said you booked through Expedia and send us this information. What’s happening?????

We rented the family room which was very spacious for a family of 4. We booked with AC but the AC is very weak and only in the TV room. No AC in either bedroom. That was very misleading and disappointing considering it was hot.
