Very basic property and amenities for the high price. Room has single beds put together, mattresses not comfortable. Only single pillow provided per bed, with a small soap, one towel and one hand towel - that’s it. We travelled with kids and asked for extra towels - the owner’s son gave us a long sermon on conservation and environmental protection etc. I don’t disagree - but we are on vacation - and for $300 a night I think extra towels or pillows must be provided on request.

I had made mistake while booking asking for a double room when I had 2 kids and an adult. However the staff harnessed us as if I was trying to leach the hotel and judging me because of my ethnicity.

Cute, traditional rooms. The view of Jungfrau is simply divine. We had kids with us, so the room with the bunk beds was fun. The staff was so nice and very helpful. Parking is EASY. There was a nice patio to sit on which made it feel "homey." The only negative was that it was quite hot in July. (not sure if that was unseasonable or normal) but there was no AC. Something to consider depending on when you are traveling.
