This is truly a beautiful hotel with incredible service from start to finish. We only had 1 night here while we traveled from Zermatt to grindelwald and honestly I wish we had 1 more day to stay. We was traveling as a family of 5 with our 4 year old daughter and I must say we have stayed at many hotels and this had the coolest kids club I have ever seen with a lot of cool rooms such as art room, music room, gaming room etc. we also used the spa and pool which was exceptional. The only thing I would have liked was a hotter hot tub at the end of the day but other than that I have zero complaints. Great hotel and very nice staff and good food options with an amazing breakfast buffet. Truly top notch.

Amazing hotel . Room was big . They really took care of me and my family as Vip member of Expedia . General manager came to greet me on checkout . All stuff were nice . Personalized touch was there . Thanks to hotel and Expedia . Only one observation food menus needs improvement . Also quality of the food.
