Very simple and clean room, which was exactly what we needed for 1 night in Bern. Bunk beds for the kids were great. Breakfast was fine. My only complaint is that the air conditioning did not work well and the room was very hot and stuffy.

Good hotel, amazing location, good breakfast spread (eggs, bacon, cheese, yoghurt, cereal, croissants, pancakes, juice). We had the family room which was on 4th floor. The only con would be that the room was really warm, even though it was cold outside. We needed to switch the AC on because it was so warm in the room. Other than that very convenient stay.

Lovely hotel. It has kids area, laundry to wash your own, computer room, and library. Staff are excellent. Highly recommend.

Great modern hotel within easy walking distance to everything. Family room was on the small side but worked for our family of 4 with the bunk beds. Great tea and coffee station to use considering these facilities were not in the room. Easy access and lovely friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable.

I had a short trip to Bern with my two children (under 5 years ) Stuff was super friendly and always smiling , very flexible they gave me another room that could accommodate me better due to the stroller I had with me. They had a fantastic breakfast The hotels restaurant had such a variety of food also options for vegans and vegetarians My children wanted to stay more in this hotel and they simply enjoyed their stay Thank you!
