We had an amazing stay here. The staff were all so friendly, engaging and helpful, it was like being with family. The rooms are great, good value clean modern comfortable. The location is just amazing, just one block walk and you are into the old Bern Altstadt. We had an early train to catch and missed breakfast - the staff made us a breakfast pack each!! Absolutely recommend National Bern Hotel!! Oh btw the restaurant on the ground floor is great. Loved it all! Thank you so much!! Love from Australia 🇦🇺

Hotel is near train station. good location . It will be good if there is a fridge in the room. Overall the room is spacious for a family of 4.
