IMPORTANT if you are traveling with kids up to the age of 12! They have to share bed with their parents, they don’t get their own bed!!! We were told this is hotel policy… The AC did not work as it should, got a fan from the staff around midnight. The staff was nice and the room was clean but the night was terrible with a kid in the bed and no AC.

Dirty floors, broken TV in room that couldn’t be fixed! Musty smell in room & hallways, with smelly baby’s crib that smelled like urine. No alternative room offered. Check-in cumbersome and self computer based with odd questions. Expensive parking no voucher offered for bus into downtown. Overall just a terrible experience. Don’t do it!
