Scandic Continental

Our first time in Stockholm was made all the more enjoyable by our stay at the Scandic Continental. The staff were wonderful, location is perfect and the hotel facilities are excellent. My family and I would definitely stay there again

The hotel was in a good central location but there were a few areas of the hotel which were not amazing although the breakfast was lovely, it became very repetitive and by morning 4, I had enough of it all. We had a junior suite due to have a small child with us, the rooms have absolutely no storage. We didn’t know where to put our cases let alone put our clothes. The room was full of lumps of fluff everywhere which doesn’t sound like a major issue but when your duvet is covered in them after the room being cleaned it wasn’t the best experience. You don’t get any robes in your room as advertised on the website. The front desk will ask if you want your room cleaned everyday or every other day, if you ask for every other day, be aware that they won’t replenish your tea/ coffee or milk in the room. If travelling with small children, be aware that there is no fridge in the rooms. This would be a great benefit if the hotel could look into this. Other than that, the location is great for a city, everything is within walking distance and central station is opposite the hotel.

We requested for a wheelchair accessible room and was upgraded for free to a huge junior suite. The facility is clean and quiet (we were in 6th floor). The room and bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was good. Very accessible to everywhere because the train/metro station is just down below next to the hotel. The central station is across the hotel. The hop on hop off bus stop is also across the street. Plenty of dining options nearby. Shopping also is walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!

Very good location, walking distance from city attractions. Good breakfast , new hotel and friendly staff. Rooms are very small, consider if you travel with kids and have more than 2 people in the room. Hotel parking is limited to 16 places and very expensive in comparison with Germany.

With hide-a-bed, excellent family hotel room. Walking distance to most tourist sites. Great breakfast. Would return if in Stockholm again.

Service was amazing, the staff engaged with the child in a really friendly way and helped him wherever they could.

We booked 2 rooms couple months ago and requested connected room for family, but we were placed 2 rooms on several separate floors and different part of the building.
