We stayed for the Taylor Swift concert. They were on theme and had fun activities for the kids!

This is a fantastic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Right next to the train which takes you into the city in 10 mins. We stayed in a junior suite which was huge with a separate bedroom. And the breakfast was superb. Huge choice of fresh food, both hot and cold. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Stockholm.

We only chose the hotel due to the pool and the description on Expedia said family friendly and lists the pool as a feature, but the pool cannot be used by under 16s. The hotel is more suited to business travel than family travel. The seating area for breakfast is congested and poorly arranged, each morning we had to wait for a table to become available.

Nice and clean hotel. But The Chinese lady in the front desk, has to change her attitude with customers. Three times I called her requesting baby crib and she refused to get it claiming only I can get one crib, while I have three room ?!! Totally strange people
