The best part of hotel was location. Very conveniently located. Good breakfast, lots of variety with good coffee. Family rooms vary in size, had to ask to switch as the first family room was very cramped with no views, and air conditioning not working. Second family room was much more spacious with 2 windows opening up to Gran Vía. Air conditioners very poor, did not cool. We had to ask for a fan. Be very careful of showers, very slippery and hard to get in and out of. My husband slipped and fell getting into the shower and hit his head. Overall good since staff was very accommodating.

Our family of 3 stayed at Gran Via 25, overall it was a good experience. walkable to all main attractions and places, clean, nice staff. The only downside was A/C not functioning, they said that they don’t used A/C during this season. It was cold outside ( 48-54 ) however in the room was super hot… We were sweating even with windows wide open… luckily I went down stairs and they gave me a Fan ….
