NH Barcelona Entenza

NH Hotel Encenza was conveniently located for all our travels in Barcelona and for the day trips we made from Barcelona Sants and from Espanya. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always pleasant. We booked two rooms during our stay - one for us and the other for our children. The rooms were spacious though the interiors were a bit in need of TLC - with scuffed walls and wood panels that protruded. But the room rate was reasonable. Our children complained that the water pressure in their shower was weak. We were slightly disappointed not to have coffee/tea amenities in the room. And on the day of our departure, despite several efforts by the very nice lady at the front desk, we waited 25 minutes but weren't able to get a taxi to collect us. Instead we had to take our luggage and walk 2 blocks to the main road to hail a cab at random. Fortunately, it was sunny during our entire stay.
