The staff is amazing!! i just forgot his name😏 He was very friendly and approachable, specially with kids. The room is clean, spotless, modern and big enough. Bathroom is clean and bright. Breakfast was great and overall experience was excellent. Its just a bit far from the centre of Madrid. But transportation wise is very good and clear.
