B-Hotel

Great stay during our family trip to Barcelona. We had infant with us, hotel stuff helps us with all the needs. Recommend

This was my third time stay at B hotel in Barcelona for my family vacation. My first two visits were excellent and that was why we decided to go back to B hotel this year. However, this time, the experience was not what I would like. At the time of checking in, I felt that I was not welcomed. I do not know why but I could feel that. No mention of Expedia VIP access at all (which is OK). The Room assigned to us (we checked in at 2:30pm) was 'not good'. doors are missed in the toilet. Side tables were not in a good shape. View from the window was the wall of the building. I explained these immediately after checking in and I was told that another room can be given on the following morning. I checked the room availability, there were rooms available to sell. I had to think why we were given such a room (in relation to my feeling at the time of checking in). Following morning (10am), we left our back to get a different room for the afternoon (2pm). Jordi at the front desk was helpful on the second day. No room upgrade but a different room with a view of outside. Jordi later offered us a free breakfast which was a good gesture of welcoming and complications at the time of checking-in. B-hotel is not the same B-hotel I remember from previous visits. There are many hotels in BCN and comparing with others (we stayed at a different hotel this time as well), I wish to suggest the B-hotel manager to check how front desk handles guests from foreign countries

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will tell my friend and family to stay at the B-Hotel.

It is nice and clean. Room size is ok, we are three people family and we fit fine. AC in the room worked very well. Rooftop pool is very nice but small. Overall very good experience.

I was with my family for 10 days in B hotel,amazing service and staff,super clean and safe,front desk is very helpful.nice parking garage.breakfast was nice.definitely we will go back…
