The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We got gifted free upgrades for our rooms, free birthday gifts. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, amazing spacious clean bathroom. The Spa is to die for, a dip in the jacuzzi and relaxing in the Hammam Steam room was everything you need to relax in a busy city. The best thing about this hotel is it fantastic location, excellent customer service and the spa!! The hotel is incredibly safe, so whether you’re a solo traveller, friends, couples or you have infants with you. This hotel is GREAT!! Will come back again :)
