We loved this place! it’s is a beautiful hotel to stay and in a great location. We had a family room - very spacious with a large bathroom. It was very quiet with no noise from the city. Pool and terrace area was lovely, very clean with lots of friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent - something to suit everyone. My daughter is coeliac and had no concerns or issues with the food. Restaurant staff very informed and took great care of her. We will definitely be returning here again.

The hotel is great and we’d happily stay again however…… - there a great terrace on the 6th for but no drinks / food up there and no music. It’s a great design and comfort so surprising that nothing is up there in terms of entertainment. - the pool is fine for a city hotel however if it were open till say 9pm it would be much better. - the room was very comfortable but I requested single beds for my kids but they couldn’t accommodate so had to sleep in a double. Admittedly the double bed was massive so issues but still…… The rest - food very good. Drinks very good. Area in and around the pool and eating area very good. Cleanliness fantastic. Bathroom size along with fixtures and fittings are 5*. Room size and comfort very good. Location is perfect. 5* in that aspect.

The management team is not professional. I paid for three beds room and requested in the notes for two twin sofabed and one crib. However, there were only two beds when I entered into the room, I called the front desk, they said they will set up another bed for me. When I come back from dinner, there is no third bed. We called again, they said because nobody is in the room. They will send the bed now. But later, they called and said there is no roll able bed available in the hotel. They offered another room, but it was 10pm, and I have unpacked things and with two kids. We checked the room offered, it's in the basement. Overall, we didn't choose the other room. When I talked to the manager the next day, she first tried to blame me that I put 2 adults and one baby, so they didn't know we need a third bed. That's a lie and I paid for three beds. It has nothing with a crib request. Overall, the management team is so not professional and played blame game, not friendly.

Location, location, location! Best place to stay if you want to explore Barcelona. Clean and big rooms. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

This hotel was just lovely. Appropriate for families or even a romantic stay. The accommodations were beautiful, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice and had lots of options. We had 2 rooms and they were both great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was close to everything. A

Great location and really nice hotel! All the staff were so helpful and really nice. Even with really young kids (twins under two and a 5 year old) hotel was really accommodating.

The junior suite with pool was amazing. This hotel room was gorgeous and so quiet. Perfect location, everything is walkable. Would definitely stay here again.
