Loved our 10 day holiday. Excellent food and range of drinks the entire stay. Lovely quiet resort and beautiful beach 10 mins walk. All staff were excellent in customer service and managed remarkably in spite of Covid restrictions. No Air-con option in our room and it did get very hot at night. Ceiling fan only made very slight difference. Can hire fans from reception. Special thanks to Urska on reception. We will defiantly return and recommend you family and friends

The hotel itself is nice and clean, the rooms are very dated. Asked for ground floor got top floor. Was moved by management which was nice but room was no better. Electric sockets hanging of walls, hair dryer was older than me and was very difficult to hold as it got too warm. Food seemed to be same everyday. Wasn't over impressed with it either. Spent more time eating out as food to me wasn't cooked enough. I did try a hamburger and bun but when I turned it over and found mould this is when me and my family started eating out more often. Waitress took it away with no apologies. This hotel is in need of a massive refurbishment. I booked this as in the photos it looked really nice and most reviews seemed good. I know everybody sees things differently and this is just based on what I thought. The grounds are lovely just food and rooms let it down Loved the area close to beach, shops and restaurants and better food

We spent 10 days enjoying the food, being annoyed by the heat in our room (no air con), fed up with sky news or CNN (only and glad the hotel was so close to Porto del Carmen main shopping area. We enjoyed walking down and looking around. The staff at the hotel are attentive and helpful, the swimming pools are lovely but on the whole the family rooms are basic and dated. You get 30mins free WiFi a night but have to sit in main reception to access it. There are only 2 cubicals and 2 urinals in the men's toilet and 2 cubicals in the ladies if you need access to a toilet from the resturant, bar or pool area in the main hotel! This leads to large queues sometimes. All in all an okay holiday, we would return to Lanzarote just not to OLE Olivina

Just got back from 1 week family of 4 holiday at Ole Olivina. Overall a relaxing holiday. Hotel was nice, but is not 4 star, probably 3.5 star if there was such a rating. Hotel is lively and staff overall were polite and helpful. Entertainment staff were good. Food was above average for all inclusive, but location is within easy reach of lots of good restaurants.

The hotel is in a good location. The food was good and the entertainment staff were good too - especially the 'Dinner for One' play just before New Year. One downside was that the room had an older type (i.e. non digital) TV which could only pick up a few channels and you couldn't swap the language as you can do on digital Spanish TVs. This would have been nice to keep the kids entertained for an hour in the afternoon. All in all, a good hotel that I would consider returning to.

Arrival reception staff were very helpful and efficient Room - fridge not working no kettle no toaster sofa bed and put up bed for my 17 year old and 14 year old in the lounge 2 single beds in main room for a couple Condition - broken tiles old furniture needs updating old tv with sky news only Bathroom very dirty eg mould black etc..old shower attached to taps Food - very good always plenty but same every day Pools - good size plenty of sun beds etc... Entertainment - very poor had to go out most nites not enough seating for the amount of guests. very little day time entertainment wasn't told about any !!! Bar staff very ignorant !! This hotel is not for couples or families it's for the over 65s tbh lanzarote is for older people I wouldn't go back to this hotel or the island.

This is not a 4 star hotel **** The hotel is divided into 3 seperete parts, the new part contains reception and the rooms are air conditioned and nice. However , this only accounts for about 20% of the rooms. The rest are family rooms - what used to be old self catering apartments which are situated over a large area. These rooms have no air conditioning and are little more than sweat boxes. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom which just swirls the hot air around you . It is impossible to sleep at night . We complained immediately and said that we would pay for an upgrade, as the receptionist pointed out that our booking through Expedia was for a family room ( I should add that at the time of booking there was no option as to what type of room to book and I would expect a supposed 4 star hotel to be air conditioned ) but were told that the hotel was full. This ruined our holiday as we were unable to sleep, and numerous other persons were complaining aswell. I would say that the newer part of the hotel ( with AC ) is probably worthy of 4 star , but the rest is probably 2 star. The room was tatty and worn . I would not stay at this hotel unless I was guaranteed a room in new part
