Amazing boutique hotel rivaling any 5 star chain. The staff treats each and every guest like a VIP. Check in was flawless. We arrived early and one of the rooms wasn’t ready but they took our bags and stored them in the other room. We also had delayed luggage that they kindly delivered to room while we dined in their Michelin restaurants. Rooms were fantastic, soft fluffy towels, TVs that you could cast your shows onto. Yummy snacks and water greeted us. We ate at both restaurants and they were fabulous. But my family enjoyed the bodega more. Don’t hesitate to book here it’s worth it.

Fantastic hotel, such a treat. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were perfectly appointed and styled. Ate at both the bodega and main restaurant and both were great, my family enjoyed the bodega more. Room 202 overlooking the river was lovely and quiet, room 208 was in the small street with a bar near by so it was a loud early on but quieted down.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the old town. Our room, a junior suite was perfect for our teenage son and us- the sleeper sofa was separated by a wall for added privacy. The bathroom was large and the whole decor of the room and hotel was gorgeous. The staff at Tokyo where extremely friendly and helpful. The location could not be beat. Bilbao is a great city! I would not hesitate at all to book a room here if you are planning to visit.
