Great location just down from Guggenheim with access to trams. We paid more to have views of Guggenheim and the room was nice (we had a junior suite) and staff were helpful, polite and friendly. One downside was the walls are quite thin and we heard our neighbours coming and going but it didn't spoil our holiday.
