Hesperia Bilbao

Last minute booking as our flight was cancelled. Arrived 20 minutes after booking and they had already set up the infant cot in our room which was nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

Loved the area this hotel was in, it was walkable to anywhere we wanted to go. It had a quiet neighborhood feel, unlike some other areas we visited in Bilbao, but had shops, restaurants and even a laundromat (which we needed on Day 10 of our trip to Spain) nearby. Cute places to eat and close to a foot bridge to the other side of the river and the bustling areas around the big market. Loved the additional living space of our junior suite and the weather was perfect to throw open windows. Every person working at this property was attentive and professional. We enjoyed our evening nightcap with our bartender Frank who now knows how to make a tasty Manhattan! Would return to this hotel again and again!
