Stayed here with the family, two adults, a 4yr old and 2yr old. It was really convenient for everything. Dinner was tricky because the kids are used to a different time for dinner etc but the hotel had delicious options for their meals. The staff were brilliant and helped me celebrate my birthday too. Excellent stay, will be booking with Catalonia group again.

The hotel is fantastic and in a great location close to the tram and within walking distance of shops. Modern, all conveniences, clean room, and delicious breakfast buffet. The bedrooms are laid out very nicely. We had a family room with a double bed which was separate from the twin bunk beds. Note the roof deck pool is quite small.

It is in a good location near the restaurants and a park. We have 2 small kids so having a playground near by was a bonus. The pool was clean but no many areas to sit on the roof top.

This was a really clean and wonderful place to stay. We loved the breakfast in the morning. The family room is awesome for a family traveling with kids.

This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel. The staff are very professional, courteous, and most of the kitchen staff speak some English. The food was very good and my family especially appreciated the orange juice machine for breakfast. The hotel would benefit from using fresh desserts versus frozen. The laundry service was prompt and well done. The beds were comfortable. The shower was in top 5 I have ever experienced in a hotel. There is a little in the way of non-Spanish TV except CNN in English and some German programming.

The hotel and rooms are very well presented and also very smart. Its location is convenient to a point. It is near certain things such as the Guggenheim and Athletic Bilbao Football stadium - very good museum and tour - both in short walking distance. However the old town is quite a long walk -25 mins one way. The staff are very personable and helpful, especially Maria. We had a triple room and the room had dividing doors in the middle which was a nice touch. There is a “pool” but it’s very small. More for children. My main issue would be the cost. The hotel is very expensive for where it is and where it’s based. Three people in one room was over £250. For that money I did expect three beds, not a sofa bed. Also a larger room. I have spent less in other large European cities and got more. We did however enjoy Bilboa and the hotel was decent. Just a little over priced.

Stayed for four days with family of four in the family room. New hotel, friendly service, very comfortable, great central location with Guggenheim and the old town in easy walking distance. Roof 'pool' is more for skinny dipping (impossible to swim) and not heated. Still, nice to have.
