Fourth time we stayed here, magnificent hotel, staff treat everyone as family. Service is outstanding, they do the little things very well.

I never write reviews! If I could give this hotel 10/10 I would. This is a must stay at hotel in the middle of Costa Del Sol. We stayed for 6 nights and drove around to see South of Spain. All the staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Big thanks to Borja who was very welcoming. He greeted us from the beginning at check in with complimentary drinks as we arrived early and also upgraded our room. I had emailed the hotel after reservations that we are celebrating our anniversary and they responded promptly with romantic options to decorate the room etc. What a treat it was to open our room and see the beautiful decorations and the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean!! The location of the hotel is perfect! On the water and in the center of Binalmedina. With walking distance to restaurants on the beach with fun and family friendly night life. First night at Aleysa / (every Tuesday) there was a dinner with a flamenco show overlooking the sea!!! And it was spectacular!!! A must see! Food and customer service was excellent! Breakfast buffet was good with variety of options, great customer service and again the views were amazing!!

By far was the greatest hotel I have ever been with spectacular view and superb staff . They treat you like a royal family with welcome drink and a gift. Hotel’s amenities are great with high end materials.

Cannot write enough great things about this place. Beautiful property, beach location, amazing pool and views of the area. The staff goes above and beyond in every single way...but not in a way that is inauthentic. I've stayed at many lovely hotels/resorts that are driven by tips or "rushing" the guests on to the next thing - this place has the cool relaxed style of Southern Spain but the five star service one could ask for. Locals and Spaniards come to vacation here or enjoy the pool/restaurant, which is a great sign. I cannot say enough about how fantastic of an experience this place is. Great rooms, incredibly clean, great for couples, friends, families - you name it. Especial thanks to Alejandra, Antonio and Pedro - and many others than made our stay outstanding. Already planning for our next visit! (Also, my friend and I both were there over our birthdays and the hotel saw the dates on our passports and surprised us with a lovely note and dessert in our room.) This place spoils you in an authentic way. Thank you!

Our holiday began from being picked up from airport , which we arranged through the hotel , to a warm welcome from the Management on arrival. We were given drinks and snacks whilst our luggage was being taken to our room. We were given a tour of the facilities then taken to our room where everything we needed to know was explained. Room was fantastic and cleanliness superb returned to room every evening to fresh towels and a good night card to our grandchildren with a packet of sweets.Nice touch . Staff were helpful and friendly at all times for example ; taxis were on strike and we required to return hired golf clubs to the airport on day before departure. This problem was resolved by the hotel returning the clubs for us. This freed up time to enjoy our last day at the hotel. We will return. DON'T HESITATE,BOOK THIS HOTEL. YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED.

Hotel and staff are excellent, very friendly and courteous, Great location with excellent views. The spoiler for us was the screaming babies. It would have been nice to be able to sit around the pool but the noise from the babies made it not worth while. Even in the restaurant they screamed, spoiling our meal and other peoples.
