Hotel Benalmádena Beach

We arrived earlier than the check in time but they very kindly had a room ready for us. We had paid a bit extra for a sea view but they upgraded us to a junior suite which was absolutely beautiful, very spacious for the two of us and as we were on the 7th floor, the views were spectacular. The hotel was spotlessly clean, our room was like new every day, there was plenty of choice for breakfast and all staff were very very friendly, especially on the Sky Bar (apart from the pool that was the only other place we had a drink in the hotel). We were there for the Euro semi final so there was a television at the Sky Bar and they looked after us well with drinks and popcorn. We were keen to book again before we had left for a long weekend in September but unfortunately, they said the minimum booking duration was now 5 nights, so we will have to stay somewhere else next time. The area is very lively with plenty of bars and restaurants but if you want something quieter with fabulous views, then the Old Town is worth a visit. Will definitely be visiting the area again.

It was our first time staying at this hotel and we were extremely impressed. Great facilities, no trouble ever getting a sun bed, great activities for children and most of all; superb staff. I can’t over emphasise how great all the staff are here. Always keen to help and smiling, they work long hours too. We look forward to returning and are sad to leave.

Good for families. Many kids running around

Very professional staff, clean properly with everything we loved for a family stay on the beach. Lovely surroundings. The only downside is the beach itself (water is too cold and the sand is coarse) which is not comparable to say the Caribbeans, but that’s not the hotels fault obviously hence the 5 star rating.

Fantastic return stay! Staff here are amazing and so friendly. Fabulous breakfast and comfy rooms. Loved being able to use the sun loungers on the beach. Entertainment was great and lovely kids activities.
