The family-friendly atmosphere was evident, with many guests, including families with children. While I appreciate the vibrant environment, the happy hour and lounge dinner were quite crowded, leading to long queues and a somewhat chaotic atmosphere. Overall, I found the location to be excellent, and the cleanliness and staff service were commendable. However, the presence of numerous children made it challenging to relax. At times, I could hear children running in the hallways and playing loudly, which disrupted my peace during my stay. For families with children, this environment may be ideal, but for those seeking a quieter experience, it may not be as suitable.

Very wonderful hotel for family. All staff were very kind and supportive. The free shuttle service helped me a lot to get to the airport in the early morning. Will stay here again!

This hotel is perhaps one of the most amazing hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. Right off the bat the service was excellent; all the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The room itself was lovely as we booked a family suite. It was spacious, clean and all the amenities were great (soap, heated toilet, tvs in every room, 24 room service). My only recommendation for those staying is if you are trying to save expenses in other areas, the restaurant buffet might not be for you. While it was absolutely delicious, be careful as it can rack up quite the bill- in this case I would recommend their a la carte menu. Other amenities included the pool, bar and karaoke and cafe. We did not stay long enough to explore these areas but they seemed clean and rather popular with the other patrons. In conclusion this hotel checks the mark in everything you could want in your stay.

Pro: Very convenient to airport, particularly Terminal 1. Efficient hotel shuttle service. Modern facility and rooms. Impressive variety of children's activities. Con: Nothing substantial. No obvious train stop so we used the shuttle to Terminal 1 to get to the airport station. It looks like it's walkable

The executive suite is wondrous!!! Wow!!! The bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us upon arrival were a special treat. The room service was perfection. Swimming pool requires a swim cap… $8/person. Super convenient to the airport. Free shuttle. Took two phone calls to get an extra pillow and blanket but overall an outstanding experience. Will stay again. Didn’t get to use the children’s area. It’s closed except for weekends.

Professional and kind staff in all department. They actually try to figure out options available to you rather than just reading out their policies. They are extremely humble and treat you like a family :) Definitely would come back later. Overall, it was a successful family trip

Great stay for our family the night before departing from ICN. The buffet was incredible and restaurant staff very helpful in arranging a special birthday/farewell private experience. We had a delicious and beautiful cake to celebrate as well. Spa experience was fantastic. Transport to airport very convenient and reliable. Rooms were beautiful and spacious.

Amazing lovely clean hotel although didn’t get a chance to use the amenities. Breakfast was very nice. Only issue we had was that we booked for 2 adults and 1 child but there was no kids bed on arrival. They tried to bring a cot for a 3 year old which we refused and then wanted to charge for a tipi style bed. By this point our daughter was asleep as we had just come off a long flight. Eventually they gave us a mattress to go on the floor.

I paid $600 for a 1 night stay. Unfortunately, our 1 year old child fell ill and doctors advised that it was unsafe for our child to fly so I asked hotel management if we could move our booking to a later date, but they wouldn't allow it. I only asked to change the booking date, I wasn't asking for a refund, the hotel told me I would lose the $600 and would have to pay an additional $600 if I wanted to rebook. This hotel chose money over ethics and it's absolutely disgusting to see.
