I booked this hotel for 3 reasons: airport shuttle, baby crib and a restaurant inside the hotel. Upon arrival to the airport we were told that the airport shuttle only operates from 6am to 10am. We took a taxi to the hotel. When we checked in at the hotel, I requested the infant crib and was told it was unavailable. Then we came down for dinner to the restaurant to find out it was closed. We had to walk to a restaurant in the rain with our 2 kids. Overall disappointing that the amenities I booked the hotel for weren’t available. The room was nice & clean and staff was kind, but it didn’t make up for the lack of amenities.

We had a kid, so needed a quiet room. The check-in staff understood our need and gladly reassigned us to a very quiet room. Slightly worn out a bit, but the room was very clean with all amenities. The hotel offered an option to store luggage behind their first-floor front desk without any extra charge. The breakfast was nicely served. -- All these with no tips at all thanks to Korean culture.

We booked a family room for 3 people including breakfast. Only 2 people where allowed to have breakfast, for the 3rd (our daughter of 7) we had to pay for. They blamed the booking site
