I did not actually get to stay at the facility the second time like I wanted to because I ended up having covid while on my visit. My host family called the hotel to cancel my stay which they said they did. I DID still however get charged for my stay because she cancelled with the hotel and not expedia. I ended up paying for this stay even though I had tried to cancel. The hotel and expedia need to have better communications with the customer so they do not get stuck with a bill they should not have had to pay for. That being said I would stay at and recommend the hotel and the things about it are fine. Please let your customers however know more details about things.

236 & 238 are connected rooms, which might be good for families to know about. It was disappointing that they were not available on our way back - though reserved. Another recommendation is to make sure that the receptionist speak a clear and understanding English. I had to call 3 times to make sure a babycot was reserved for us and did not understand the feedback given. Too polite talking & too little clear communication with results. Holing the line a long time aso. In the end everyting was fine.
