The Villas at Simpson Bay Beach Resort and Marina

I recently stayed at this property and had an excellent experience. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the fully functioning kitchen, complete with all the utensils we needed, which would have made cooking meals a breeze, but We had leftovers from eating out so much. The pool area was fantastic, offering a refreshing place to relax each day. Additionally, the beautiful beach was just a short walk away, providing stunning views and a perfect spot for leisurely strolls and sunbathing. The property and rooms were kept spotless, with daily cleaning that ensured everything was in top condition throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay with family, solo, or a couple. We will return!

Hotel is situated in a very convenient location with everyrhing within 10mins away by car. Hotel has many options on site as well such as dining, shopping, groceries, Car rentals..Kim Sha beach is walkable and a nicer beach to spend the day. Hotel layout is not very easy to understand and situated on a hill- not ideal for elderly and those with walking impairments. I booked a junior suite villa.Although this was nothing short than a hotel room photos online are misleading. A little disappointed there. Chicken was great.Was able to get room earlier and they accommodated my requests. This hotel is dated But the location sells it

The junior suite was great and well worth it. The expansive balcony was perfect and we spent a lot of time on it. Walking distance to everything.

I came on a work trip and brought my wife to this beautiful resort the staff was amazing a the shuttle service was great a the property was top tier. I love this place a will be returning for a longer stay. I told my whole family about this place a we come from a beach town our selves (ie. Fort Lauderdale. FL) a this place was awesome. We will Be back. The rooms were very nice the food excellent a the beach an amenities were top tier.

Our stay was wonderful. We chose the breakfast option and my kids absolutely loved it. Many different options to choose from. The activities they had was also nice. The staff helpful with a smile! I would definitely return there.

The rooms were great. The lobby was beautiful. The gym was massive but it was 6$ a day which was not mentioned when booking, but that’s still cheap for a day pass to a large gym. All the staff were kind and attentive. The hotel is 30 feet from a nice beach with two bar/restaurants right next to each other. One of them has chairs and tables on the beach for free and provide beach service. It was very nice. Green house does 2 for 1 happy hour.(11 for 2 drinks) good. Jet ski rentals and boat tours are right on the dock outside the hotel. Pool was not heated so night swimming was tough. The views of the bay were pretty awesome. No smart TV. I was thinking I’d get a kitchen but only got a kitchenette - that could have been my mistake when booking though. Casino is right up the hill. They are just as big as casino royale and have hold em poker tournaments fri Sat sun for 100 and 2K prize purse. They also do free raffle prizes- not sure what the prize was. Security stands and foot patrol all around. It felt very safe. Car rental is also right in hotel. 40$ for their smallest sedan. All the prices were about the same as north east. Very pleasant experience. Very family friendly. And for sports fan, “replay sports bar” can you get pretty much any game you want….ill say it again. Pretty much any game you want. Oscar runs that place and does a great job. Good bar food there and everywhere we went as well. Also a mini mart right down the street from hotel. GREAT STAY!

We loved this place. My family and I go every year. It’s like our second home. Everything you want is there, you can practically walk to it. The have a movie theater, restaurant, shopping, supermarket and you can take boat trips to other Islands. We love it there and all the staffs are very friendly.

Great resort for all ages! Planning a vacation stay with our parents, kids and grandkids! If you want to stay at the resort, there is plenty to do for all ages yet close to town if you want to wonder!
