Hommage Hotel & Residences

This was a solo trip to take a long needed break from the normal. I was very satisfied with my stay at this location. The only two things that took away from this trip for me was no English channels on the TV and the mosquitoes were bad in the room. Other than those two issues my stay was great. The food at the onsite restaurant was great and the onsite beachfront was very peaceful. I would recommend this resort for a getaway or families.

The property was rebuilt/renovated to its current state after devastating damage from the massive hurricane in 2019 and that in itself is impressive. The staff and service is friendly and the location is in a quiet area. The property is family friendly and has rooms that are spacious. While it is not on a swimmable beach (on the bay) there is a nice pool on the property (not heated.) The property would benefit from a family game room, bellboy/concierge assistance including updated restaurant and attraction listings from both the French and Dutch sides of the island, luggage assistance, and microwaves in the rooms. Our experience was generally positive even though our booked room was not ready/available for 2-hours after we had arrived just after the regular check-in time. We were provided a round of drinks and breakfast on the house to compensate for the inconvenience.
