Appropriate room for travelling group not ready on arrival despite checking in at early hours of the morning with a young child. The initial room stunk of cigarette smoke, so had to change rooms at around 2am in the middle of the night.

We had a short one night stay, staff and hotel was excellent. We stayed in the executive suite which was well worth the price. 2 reasons I did not rate the property at 5 - the rooms are fitted with electronic control panels for the lights and aircon, the digital display on these units remain on which illuminates the room at night, this can be quite annoying especially if you are trying to put an jet lagged infant to sleep :) secondly the shower and toilet floor drains gave off a strong drain smell which was a bit disappointing as the main bathroom is impressive in design. Overall a great experience thought and would stay here again.

It was our Anniversary staycation and unfortunately the stay was not pleasing at all. We had guests over one day and we kept calling front desk and housekeeping and they never responded back. The next day I had to checkout, requested the trolley from front desk, they agreed to bring and then never got. we kept waiting for 20 mins in the corridor. Lastly, the twin beds are too small. If you expect to sleep with a kid in twin bed, you wont be able to. and front desk guy was least helpful to ensure i can get extra bedding for the kid.

Our experience was absolutely amazing with them. I would highly recommend any traveler transiting or visiting DOHA to experience their hospitality. Our little family was welcomed and provided with all facilities required for a traveler. Kids never felt like leaving the site. Will definitely stay again!
