Rincon Beach Resort

Lobby, courtyard, pool and beach looked great. The view of the ocean and coastline is one of the hotels redeeming qualities. Rooms are outdated. Beds were decently comfortable. AC worked great. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. You can open a small window but opens up to the hallway. Staff were very friendly. The biggest disappointment for me was the hotel had no amenities. No room service. No all day/ late night food or drink options. Had one kinda of up scale restaurant, which was good but expensive. Lunch at the pool was more reasonable but we basically had to drive to get every meal. They don’t offer paddle boards or snorkeling gear or any beach activities. And the beach is very rocky. Can’t really go in. But snorkeling would be good if you had a life jacket. The location as a jumping point to explore the west side of the island was good but there is nothing you can walk to. No morning stroll or shops. Had to drive everywhere. Hard to find a lot of family activities. Tons of bars but again have to drive. Didn’t have a lot of time to research for my vacation but I think there’s probably a lot better hotels and locations that would have better suited my family vacation.

My family wanted to get to explore Puerto Rico, and we picked Rincon. I have to say that if you don’t surf or if you are going during the summer months, it’s a very sleepy town, not too much to do or see. The hotel was ok, but I wouldn’t stay here again. It has a nice setup but this hotel needs a little remodeling. The food wasn’t too exceptional, and not too many options for Vegan / plant base diet.

This place has so much potential. The rooms are basic but the pools with service are good. The kids loved it.

The property was perfect for families. The surrounding amenities are very nice and gives you good access to the West Coast of Puerto Rico! Restaurant was very good!

Customer care service is on point! Great hospitality and everyone was very nice. Beautiful views on every corner of the building. Great for a relaxing vacation or beautifully equipped as a venue for special activities. Can be 10/10 experience for a family event or romantic outings. The restaurant had great food and affordable. The pool and jacuzzi was a bonus! The room is exactly what you pay for. Very comfortable. It was a very relaxing ambiance. Will definitely repeat my stay and recomend forward.

Property has nice open spaces perfect for reading, playing games, having some quality time as a family, couple or if you’re simply by yourself and enjoying your own company.

I went to this hotel with my family, this has been the worst place I’ve ever been to.There’s mold everywhere and terrible service. We wanted to leave early but couldn’t refund?! The beds are hard as rocks and the pillows are so dirty. The pool reeked of this terrible odor.This place is practically abandoned. 0/10 don’t waste your money, you’d be better off in the streets.

The staff was excellent. Very professional & friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The resort was very relaxing for me. Slept like a baby. The landscaping was so beautiful. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends & family.

The people at the resort are so friendly and really treat you like family .. we’ve stayed there many times because of this type of service and can’t wait to go back ..and the property is stunning!!
