Punta Borinquen Resort

The property was lovely, and the staff was friendly. We were a big fan of the restaurant and bar next to the pool. It was a nice place to hang out with family. The rooms were nice. The only thing that could have been better with the rooms would have been to clean the curtains. There was some mildew or mold on part of them. We loved the availability of a washer and dryer. It was perfect for washing sandy beach towels and suits. All we had to do was ask the staff for quarters.

Staff was very nice & polite and area was very quiet, slept like a baby.

I want to start by saying this is a great hotel to stay in if you ate visiting the area. Rooms are comfortable and the restaurant has enough options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Location is good to. Not far from all the great beaches. We have stayed here a few times and absolutely love it. With that said, the hotel is having there pool renovated. We were told we could use the pool located @ The Mariot (right next door) we were pretty excited because they have a great kids pool, but the pool was DIRTY. Not only did it have trash floating around the floor under the kids play area was covered with black mold. Very nasty..and this is a hotel that goes for almost $300 during high season. Very disappointed, we went with our 2year old and we’re counting on the pool for a couple of hours of fun under the sun.

It what so great the room very clean the food excellent and pool my family have fun the worker have a good communication with the costumers …I recommend this Resort..hotel…thank you so much with the great service….

No excursions Not kid friendly, no play room Room too small and no microwave..Not even complimentary drinks in room..

This hotel should be turned into a motel because that is exactly how they treat it. My stay was terrible compared to 3 years ago when my whole family stayed there. We had 25 people staying this time and we were all very very unhappy. I had the king suite which look like a shelter and was dirty! My curtains were full of dust and black. The bathroom was so dirty and the floors throughout the room. The front desk had the nerve to tell me they don’t book that often that’s why it’s dirty. The bed made noise and the pillows were a small square shape on a king size bed. Overall this was a terrible stay. Let’s not forget the pool that never got cleaned in the 5 days I was there. Face mask were floating in the filter and dead bees throughout the pool. The only good thing about this hotel in the restaurant. Let’s not forget the mini towels for the pool area and the towels in the room which were supposed to be white but were grey and rough like they’ve been used for years. At times they didn’t even have towels for us at the pool. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The management has to do better ! Everyone is so lazy
