Very clean hotel, our superior room was very modern and spotlessly clean. Lots of choice in the buffet breakfast, scrambled egg, bacon, fresh fruit and natas. My husband celebrated his birthday during our stay, the staff must have noticed his cards and left a birthday cake in our room for him, which was a lovely gesture. Even though the hotel is just off Rossio square, our room was so quiet we slept like babies and felt well rested after our stay. Plenty of restaurants and shops within 5 minutes walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stay! We travelled with a 6 month old baby from Canada and had lots of extra luggage. The gentleman who checked us in recognized the situation and upgraded us to a larger room to accommodate us for no extra charge. Amazing location and even better staff.
