We had an amazing 13 nights in this hotel. The staffs were very thoughtful and they prepared a surprise for us on our 10th wedding anniversary. The room was always clean and our towels were changed everyday. They even gave us a thank you cake for our stay. I would really recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you to the staffs, we appreciate each one of you. We will definitely come back.😊

The hotel is great! The front desk staff is excellent and extremely helpful!!! The location is in the heart of Baixa and very close to attractions, and metros. This hotel was a hidden gem! The staff once again was so helpful, respectful and amazing. I love this hotel and I will recommend it to all my friends and family! The location is fantastic
