Behotelisboa

Very central location of the hotel. Really hard to get to by car, we always had to walk some of the way. We rented two rooms, for us and our children. We had a bad experience on our first night in our room. Our AC was broken on a hot night and the shower drain was completely clogged. The hotel staff told us they are fully booked and can only give us another room the next day. They told us they can't upgrade to a better room or reimburse us for our inconvenience of the first night. This hotel is not inexpensive and after a long day you want to rest comfortably and be able to take a shower especially if you paid a lot of money for it. We did get a different room the next day, but we were very disappointed with our stay at behotelisboa. Also, the least expensive rooms are very small, only 14 sq meters/ 150 sq ft, I felt like I was in a small cruise ship cabin. Overall, ambiance of the hotel is nice, but I would not stay there again and would not recommend it to my friends and family.

Much better than some name brand chain hotels we stayed at on the same trip. This hotel had a friendly staff, great location, A/C that worked, good shower, and firm bed. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The location of the hotel is so perfect to all city attractions. It is also close proximity to the metro lines. The hotel is clean and all the staff I have crossed paths with were so helpful and very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend it to my friends and family .

The location is wonderful! Right next to good restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the waterfront. The staff, however, is what sets this place apart. I was able to arrange a driver last minute (and I mean the night before a drive in the daytime) with a safe and courteous service by asking Tiago at the front desk. I had lovely, brief conversations with multiple staffers who had a great sense of humor and pride in their craft. Most importantly, I had a major family emergency and Nicole, Tiago, and Guillerme showed great care to my sister and I. I was blown away by the gentle kindness, and attention to our needs. They were the definition of hiqh quality hospitality. I am so grateful and would definitely return to behotellisboa.
