Aurea Museum by Eurostars Hotel Company

We arrived late during a party month for the saints that they were celebrating in the streets next to us. We immediately requested a new room in courtyard area and they upgraded us to a master suite. We stayed there 2 nights without extra charge. They also offered a second room but I had a 10 yr old and my girlfriend so we wanted a room with a bed and couch. The staff understood and was great. Alfonso went out of his way. We stayed and extra night with just my son and I and moved rooms for a great direct rate. The breakfast was included on the third day which was very good. Staff and quality was amazing. Honestly top shelf. Wish they had a kid price of like 10–5 euros not 25 but whatever. Honestly great food healthily high quality and top shelf. I highly recommend the museum tour inside the hotel. Only offered at 10 am but really amazing!!!! Must do for free!!!! I am passing back thru Lisbon next week and will be staying before we return home there. First class but be aware of the party month of June.

It is a beautiful property with an equally beautiful and wonderful staff. The staff was very helpful and informative in helping us navigate the city. The hotel is situated close to many of the attractions, so a car was not needed if seeking to explore the city center. Also, the hotel is close to all public transportation which was very convenient. All in all, we would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

From start to finish, this was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made sure we were checked-in extra early after arriving from a long, overnight flight. We upgraded to a junior suite--which I highly recommend for its spaciousness (over 400 sqft). Also included in our rate was the breakfast buffet. The spread was outstanding, and the food was delicious and plentiful with many choices. The location of the hotel is ideal and directly across from the Tagus river. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. If you are planning a stay in Lisbon, I highly recommend this hotel.
