We stayed here for 3 nights with two young kids. It was a nice, comfortable place to stay and walkable to many landmarks. The breakfast was convenient and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel was awesome. Its close by the center, lots of restaurants, shops, train station and a lot of tourist attractions. Cyril the guy who checked us in was very helpful and kind. Our room was cleaned everyday and accommodated my family of 5 fine. The hotel is old so keep in mind that everything isnt in the best condition but it was expected when visiting. Because it being old, i could here the people above us when they walked around and our shower doesn't have a door so water got all over the floor. Overall, I'd rate the service and location a 10 but the condition of the hotel a 7.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing - especially if this is your first time in Lisbon. The staff are friendly and the breakfast option generous (particularly if you have children!) We throughly enjoyed our time. Thank you.

Great place to stay with a family. It is very close to the attractions and to a hypermart.

Good location. A very short walk to a stop for the famous TRAM.
A little misunderstanding at check in in regards to transfer from airport. I understood it was paid to the hotel but nope, paid to the driver. Overpaid by 20$ for the transfer.
Room was ok. Fold out bed was ok for the kids.
Shower had no conditioner and the towels were a little wonky. Terrible blowdryer so bring your own. Sink was not clean but it was easier to clean it myself than to bother the front desk.
They held our bags when we checked out so we do appreciate that.

Stayed one night as I was passing through from a North Africa & Barcelona trip.
My experience with this hotel was great, I am definitely going back to Lisbon and to this hotel soon.
Location is perfect, hop on hop off (YellOw Bus) is around the corner, the blue line is just amazing and you get to ride the trolley free of charge.
Area has excellent restaurants, shops, safe and walkable (we struggled a bit with the stone sidewalks moving around with a stroller for our baby).
Hotel itself is amazing to say the least,
It started with an extremely nice and helpful fella at the from desk (Carlos), then we were surprised that what we got was an apartment not a room, very high end decoration, amazing view and chef quality intercontinental breakfast! They thought of every little detail when they renovated this place!
I highly recommend them!

We had a short stop in Lisbon. Traveled with a 11 month old baby and lots of luggage. Staff was super friendly throughout our stay and helped us to prepare and heat up the baby food we had brought with us. They had also installed a baby crib in the room for us before we arrived.
The most important three things I look for in a hotel is location, a comfortable bed and a nice breakfast. This hotel checked all three boxes. Location was spot on, the bed was super comfortable and breakfast was all home made and plentiful.
Highly recommende, we would love to return next time we’re in Lisbon!

This little boutique hotel is conveniently located in the city center. It has a unique interior design and the family room we stayed was able to accommodate our 3 children.
The staff were super friendly and helpful.
The downside of the hotel I would say is it does not accommodate people with accessibility challenges (stairs only).

Wonderful place to stay. Close to everything. It is located at the top of an uphill, kids found it a bit tiring, but it was a good exercise. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful especially Cyril who wentniut of his way to help during thr train strike.
