Lovely staffs, beautiful hotel with full of character. I thought this was just for adults but the staff gone extra miles to make our 4years old one happy. From welcome gift to on-going support(eg. Showing the kid how to enjoy the ramp as slides) Pool, sauna, steam room and massage were fantastic. Not to mention the rooftop with fantastic drinks. Highly recommended
