Modern, family friendly, central location close to key sights. Comfortable room- small but good facilities. Friendly staff. Location excellent. 2 mins walk to Rato station. Safe to walk in Lisbon in evenings. Nice food places and shopping centres. Ideal hotel for a city break. The bar at entrance was very loud so request a quiet room. VIP hotel - offered a free perk a drink! could offer breakfast to leave a bigger impact in line with VIP status. To improve even better if breakfast was included in the package price. Overall an excellent stay .

Excellent chic hotel. Convenient, immaculately clean, and very helpful and friendly staff! The restaurant is excellent, and the Sunday brunch buffet is absolutely incredible! We have recently stayed at Mama Shelter Roma and this hotel is a great asset to the Mama Shelter family!
