The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Other staff are not - they do not seem to enjoy their jobs, they are not helpful and if you stay longer than a few minutes past breakfast serving time (10:30a) the staff bangs dishes and glasses making a lot of noise to hint that you should leave. They are surly and border on being rude. The rooms are tiny, very uncomfortable beds which sag and the shower is so small only small people fit in them. My family are all tall people. The showers were almost impossible to use. Overall the hotel is barely better than a budget hotel and the best thing is the location.
