One night stay with our family prior to an early flight. The hotel is outdated, surprised it is 4 star!! The price was too high for the condition of the hotel!

I specifically asked for the 2 rooms to be on the same floor (I'm traveling with my family of 3 kids)... They put us on 2 separate floors. I specifically asked for 2 double bed rooms... They gave me 2 rooms with king beds... I had to wait for an extra bed. I called them 3 times during my trip in Portugal to make sure they worked to have my requests done... Nope... they could care less. Needed food after 10:30 PM. NOPE. Kitchen and Room service closed at 10:30 PM. I booked closed to the airport to use the hotel shuttle... NOPE! The shuttle was already booked up so I had to pay for my taxi to the airport.... Not good for what I paid for.

The room we had booked was yet to be cleaned when we arrived at 7.30pm. The new room we were given was of a lower standard than the one we needed (junior suite) so we had to wait whilst the original room was cleaned. The manager was quite aggressive when dealing with the issue. The only positive is the hotel eventually agreed to providing a free dinner (after offering a free breakfast that we couldn’t make). The taxi ordered for 5am didn’t turn up either, but it’s hard to pin that on the hotel.

Checked later after a long trip and delays, very friendly staff, accommodating. Close to everything you really need in Lisbon, Portugal. Definitely recommend it and would stay again. One more thing we were traveling with my five year old. So yea I would recommend it for travelers with family.

The Radisson Blu hotel in Lisbon is a decent place to stay, with both positives and negatives to consider. The location of the hotel is definitely a plus point, as it is situated near the city center and in close proximity to major tourist attractions. The Jardim Mario Soares, which is located nearby, is a wonderful place to walk with your family. The room at the hotel was spacious and quiet. Despite being close to the airport, the sound isolation of the windows was very good, ensuring that the outside noise was not heard in the room. The room had a large King Size bed and a couch-bed, providing ample space for guests. However, the service at the hotel could be improved. Although the cleaning service was good, the hotel did not provide basic amenities such as water bottles, sugar, and coffee on a daily basis. This lack of attention to detail is disappointing, especially when staying for an extended period. Furthermore, the hotel charges 1 euro per luggage to measure the weight, which is an unexpected and unnecessary expense. This is something that could have been free for the guests. In summary, the Radisson Blu hotel in Lisbon is a decent option for those looking for a convenient location and a spacious, quiet room. However, the lack of attention to detail in the service, combined with unexpected charges, could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Hotel is very convient to airport with a free shuttle, has a nice restaurant and staff is great. It’s a bit dated and a bit noisy. We had a family staying next to us with children jumping on the bed late at night.

Love that this was so close to the airport. The shuttle was fully booked, but an Uber only costed us €4.50. I booked the family suite for me, my husband and 2 kids. Outside of our room was a giant living space, so much better than those long hallways. Room was giant. Bathroom was clean and water pressure was amazing. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Highly recommended for comfort and convenience right before jumping on a flight.

The room was large and spacious for my family of six although getting some extra linens and pillows was like pulling teeth.
