We only stayed for one night but we had a wonderful experience. We travelled with a 6 month old and the hotel provided a playpen WITH sheets…it was all ready for my daughter to sleep in. I’ve stayed in other hotels and this wasn’t the case. Bed is super comfortable, the sink in the bathroom is actually the perfect size to bathe a baby (just put a towel down, and the view of the city is breathtaking. The staff is friendly and speaks English, works very quickly to get you anything you need. I was very impressed with the level of service. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Lisbon. The taxis to the city are only 10-12 euros but if you prefer the metro, there’s a station at walking distance.

Site says airport shuttle is available but received notice that it was not - disappointing as this was one of the key reasons we selected this hotel over a few others. The system was being upgraded when we were there and things like calling a taxi for us were not possible. We asked for an extra glass for our room and was told to ask at the bar. The bartender was very rude and said we had 2 in our room and he could not give us one. After I insisted because we had a family room with 3 people he proceeded to give me paper cuts but his scolding of me for asking was completely inappropriate. A few front desk folks were really sweet and helpful but the bartender and one other front desk individual ruined it for. Property was clean but it is old. Not actually sure I would stay there again.
