This is a very comfortable hotel for a stay in Lisbon. Room was large and well equipped. Service was excellent. We were tired after touring, so we grabbed a glass of wine and a hamburger in the bar. It was the best burger I had in Portugal! It is located in a busy section downtown, so of course there is noise. Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear crying babies.

This hotel is located in a busy street and on the older side. The staff very courteous and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet was better than some of the 4-5 star hotels we stayed in on this family trip. The room we stayed in was very dated, but clean. Overall, I would recomend this hotel for the value minded traveller. You will not regret it.

Got upgraded to a junior suite since there were overflow by reservations Great hotel for the price, not far from airport metro, direct metro to baixa/alfama, next to roma-aeirro to go to sintra, all you need for a optimised vacation Otherwise nothing wrong with the chamber or service.
